In case your wondering....

We've hit the two and a half week mark and are doing well. I have moments where the gravity of all this hits; we are now his parents, like - FOREVER. Thank goodness he is pretty self sufficiant. I'm not sure I could handle anymore diapers blow outs or teething at the moment.

In case your wondering he is adjusting/ coping/ getting comfortable quite well. Actually I'm amazed at how well he seems to have moved on in his new life as a Fahle. He has made friends at lightening speed, and yesterday I saw Obi run and jump on him; hands out stretched for the first time. As more and more time passes; we are seeing more personality; and hearing more talking; more laughs.

I am back to work now, and yesterday when I got home he asked me how my day was. I can't really put into words how that made me feel. I've hit the jackpot.
