At least we are getting new possibilities every few days. We hear a 'No' and then another possibility pops up. We waited 25 days to hear that 15 days ago it was a 'NO'.
When we send our homestudy for a caseworker to review; they either don't contact us at all, we hear from them stating they are looking at another family for the child, or we decide based on the child's profile that we are not the right parents for them. We get a good amount of all three. If we send our homestudy and they are looking at another family, I doesn't mean that we weren't good enough.
Rest assured we will keep plugging along. If it were easy, more people would do it.
